Management is accessible, providing timely feedback and support. Safety is a priority, with the “Stop Work Authority” allowing employees to halt unsafe work without repercussions and regular safety meetings and videos keep everyone engaged in maintaining a safe workplace. Since joining, I’ve become a notary, further supporting the company. And investing in the 401(k) and life insurance benefits have offered valuable security for my future.

We provide comprehensive in-house training for all employees to ensure uniformity and compliance with minimum state requirements. To further enhance our safety practices, we offer monthly online training sessions and a library of educational videos available to all employees at their convenience. Additionally, our organization is committed to ensuring the highest level of safety for all employees by dedicating resources to equipment and safety gear. We are constantly testing and evaluating new safety products to ensure our team is equipped with the absolute best from head to toe, allowing all employees to focus on their work with confidence.
